GENERAL INFORMATION 

Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation, please return tickets to the place of purchase for a refund.

Children's tickets:
Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his or her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children do require children over the age of one to have a ticket. Please call (706)272-7676 in advance to verify the policy for a specific event.

Refunds:
Please confirm your ticket selection at the time of purchase as tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges:
There will be no ticket exchanges the week of the event.

Resale of Tickets:
The resale of event tickets on the grounds of the Northwest Georgia Trade and Convention Center is strictly prohibited. To avoid problems with inflated prices, counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase your tickets through authorized NWGTCC outlets only. Please call (706)272-7676 to identify the authorized outlets.

Accessible Seating:
Wheelchair accessible seats are available on the balcony level and floor level of the arena at the Northwest Georgia Trade and Convention Center. Each has a companion seat. Wheelchair service and check-in is available.

Will Call/VIP Will Call:
Tickets purchased by phone or online can be picked up at Will Call and may be picked up in advance. Please be prepared to provide a valid photo I.D., the credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your order confirmation. Press and VIP tickets, or tickets left by a third party, can also be picked up at Will Call prior to the event. Guests must present a photo I.D.
